The location is unbeatable, just minutes from major sights and food spots. Rooms are surprisingly quiet despite busy streets outside, but be cautious as some amenities fall short of expectations. Be prepared for potential hidden charges and inconsistent customer service during your stay.

Not worth the cash

I mean the staff was willing to help you, even if it felt like they were moving through molasses. The location was excellent and that’s pretty much it, we had some nice walks ready to escape the hotel chaos.

But seriously it wasn’t exactly cheap, just sort of acceptable.

My kids wished for better room amenities, like improved bathroom fixtures.

Overall, the hotel offers a great central location and modern, comfortable rooms with excellent bath amenities. However, staff service could be better, and the breakfast is overpriced for the limited selection. It’s important to be prepared for some inconveniences during your stay.

the first night was awful. we got stuck in a basement room with no windows! ! but our new room on the upper floor had great decor. plus the shower was powerful and the heating worked perfectly.

The location near Placa de Catalunya is fantastic! Super easy to explore multiple restaurants. However, having to go to the level -1 for drinks was a bit annoying. Overall, a good stay! 😊
