Quick review for busy people
The location is unbeatable, just minutes from major sights and food spots. Rooms are surprisingly quiet despite busy streets outside, but be cautious as some amenities fall short of expectations. Be prepared for potential hidden charges and inconsistent customer service during your stay.

Not worth the cash
I mean the staff was willing to help you, even if it felt like they were moving through molasses. The location was excellent and that’s pretty much it, we had some nice walks ready to escape the hotel chaos.
But seriously it wasn’t exactly cheap, just sort of acceptable.

Overall, the hotel offers a great central location and modern, comfortable rooms with excellent bath amenities. However, staff service could be better, and the breakfast is overpriced for the limited selection. It’s important to be prepared for some inconveniences during your stay.

WiFi was spotty at times.

Quick response to maintenance requests was appreciated.
I found the hotel's technology overwhelming and inconvenient. The non-traditional do not disturb button was frustrating, and I missed having a kettle in the room. Moreover, being asked to pay extra fees to check in after already paying in advance was infuriating.

The hotel decor had a lovely modern flair that made me feel like I was in a stylish boutique rather than just another accommodation. The accessibility features were thoughtfully designed, making my stay quite comfortable.
More seating in common areas for relaxation.

This place was a great match for my overnight stay in Barcelona with outstanding value. I had a nice interaction with a receptionist who helped me switch rooms when I faced a few issues. Try to check the room's amenities before settling in.

The location near Placa de Catalunya is fantastic! Super easy to explore multiple restaurants. However, having to go to the level -1 for drinks was a bit annoying. Overall, a good stay! 😊
